Weekly Sydney Puppy Yoga, Done Better
Welcome to Yoga Paws Sydney, where beginner-friendly yoga meets more puppy cuddles every single weekend. Our sessions blend the serotonin boost of animal interaction with the physical and mental benefits of yoga, while helping our little ones prepare for their forever homes. Tickets at $59 with plenty of puppies, it is a feel-good experience with better value built in.
At Yoga Paws Sydney, puppy wellbeing shapes everything we do. We partner with trusted New South Wales-based breeders and shelters to ensure every puppy in our sessions is safe, supported, and set up to thrive. From the moment they arrive at our Sydney studio, the focus is on gentle socialisation in a calm, low-pressure space that helps build confidence. Here’s how we make it happen in Sydney.

“We had so much fun doing puppy yoga with the cutest little pups! The yoga instructor was fantastic as were the staff. Will definitely be making puppy yoga a frequent activity."
Christine Lai, Sydney
“A lovely experience, with many adorable puppies. The yoga instructor was super professional which is impressive with all of the cute distractions in the room. Only wish the room was larger to facilitate more puppy cuddles without feeling too cramped while stretching out for certain poses."
