So, Puppy Yoga has landed in Adelaide! What's it all about?
Quite possibly Adelaide’s cutest wellness ritual - and yes, it is yoga with puppies! 🐾
At our Adelaide Puppy Yoga sessions, you’ll flow through a chill, beginner-friendly yoga class while a bunch of adorable puppies roam freely, play, and snuggle with you you, whether that's a Great Dane or a Pomeranian! They’re there to socialise, you’re there to breathe and stretch - and together? It’s a match made in serotonin heaven.
Expect 60 minutes of pure joy. You might not hit peak flexibility, but you will leave smiling like an idiot with puppy fur on your leggings. Totally worth it.

It’s not just good for you… It’s even better for the puppies of Adelaide
Our Puppy Yoga sessions in Adelaide aren’t just a chance to unwind, stretch and enjoy for the humans - they’re here to help the puppies too! In-fact, we have designed our sessions entirely around them, from one hour nap breaks in between classes to a 'puppies interact on their own accord' policy.
Every session is an opportunity for our puppies to meet new people, discover fresh surroundings, and grow their confidence in a calm, caring environment. We team up with reputable Adelaide shelters and ethical breeders to make sure every fluffy little guest is safe, relaxed, and truly looked after.
