  • What happens if I’m running late?
    If you know you’re going to be late, please email us or send a DM on Instagram in advance, and we’ll do our best to make arrangements. If you arrive late without prior notice, simply knock on the studio door, and we’ll let you in. However, to avoid disruptions, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to settle in before the session starts.
  • Is there parking available at the venue?
    Parking availability depends on the studio location. Most venues have on-site or nearby parking, but we recommend checking ahead to confirm; the venue details are in your Booking Confirmation.
  • Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
    No, we provide all the mats you’ll need! Just bring yourself, comfy clothes, and be ready for some puppy cuddles.
  • Do you offer private sessions?
    Yes! We offer two options for a private Puppy Yoga experience: Group Booking at Our Weekend Events: If you bring 20 participants, the session is exclusively yours! For smaller groups, remaining spots may be open to the public, but they’ll be positioned separately. Group bookings receive a 10% discount, reducing the price to $63 per person (normally $70). Puppy Yoga at Your Venue: We can bring the Puppy Yoga experience to your office, gym, or other suitable venue. This option also requires a minimum booking of 20 people at $70 per person.   • Can I book a private event for a birthday, hens party, or corporate event?
    Yes! Our private sessions are perfect for birthdays, hens parties, and corporate events. Check out the Private Events section in the menu for all the details.
  • Can I book for a large group?
    Yes! If your group has 20 or more participants, you’ll get a private session. Smaller groups can still book together, but any unfilled spots may be available to the public.
  • Do you offer discounts for group bookings?
    Yes! We offer a 10% discount on group bookings, depending on the number of participants. Reach out to us to discuss options.
  • I’m planning a corporate event—who should I contact?
    Visit the Private Events section in the menu and fill out the form at the bottom of the page. We’ll be in touch to plan the perfect session for your team!
  • What happens if I can’t attend after buying a ticket?
    If the event is sold out, we are unable to replace your spot, so your best option is to give your ticket to a friend or family member who can attend in your place. If the event is not sold out, we can reschedule your ticket to another session for free—just check our website for availability and let us know which session you’d like to move to. Please note that we do not offer refunds.
  • Can I reschedule my ticket for another session?
    Yes! As long as the event is not sold out, we’re happy to reschedule you to another session at no extra cost. Simply check our website for availability and let us know which session you’d like to switch to. If the event is sold out, rescheduling is not possible, but you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
  • Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
    We do not offer refunds, but we can provide a coupon or reschedule your ticket based on the same rules above. If the event is not sold out, we’re happy to move your booking to another session. If it is sold out, your best option is to give your ticket to a friend or family member.
  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
    Yes! If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member. Please let us know their full name and email, and ensure they complete the waiver which was included in your Booking Confirmation email.
  • I missed my session—what can I do?
    We understand that things happen! While we can’t guarantee anything, we’re flexible and may be able to offer you a free coupon for a future event. Just reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.
  • How do I book a session?
    Booking is simple! Head to Locations, select your city, choose an available event, and follow the prompts to secure your spot. Sessions tend to sell out quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out!
  • The system is only letting me book one spot at a time—how can I book for multiple people?
    If you’re unable to select multiple tickets, it means only one spot is left in that session. To book for a group, check availability first—if you can select the number of participants you need when booking, then that many spots are available, and you can proceed with your group booking.
  • My friend/family member just tried to book, but the session is sold out. What can we do?
    Check our website for other available sessions. If you find a session with enough availability for your entire group (which you can confirm by seeing if you’re able to select that number of participants when booking), let us know which session it is. If there’s space, we can reschedule your booking to that session so your friend can book as well, ensuring you can all attend together.
  • The class I want to book is full—can you add more spots?
    Unfortunately, once a session is sold out, we cannot add additional spots. To keep the experience enjoyable for both guests and puppies, we maintain a strict capacity for each class.
  • Do you have a waitlist for sold-out sessions?

    No, we don’t have a waitlist at this time. However, cancellations do happen, so keep an eye on our website—spots may become available closer to the event date.
  • How often do you run events?

    This varies by location, but we generally run events weekly to fortnightly, with most cities offering sessions at least once a week.
  • When do you release new event dates?
    We typically release new event dates three weeks in advance, though some sessions may be announced earlier. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates!
  • I want to book for a future date that isn’t listed—will you be running events then?
    Yes! We aren’t going anywhere. If you’re making a small booking, check back closer to the date for new sessions. If you’re planning for a larger group (10+ people), contact us—we may be able to reserve a session for you in advance.
  • Can I take photos or videos during the session?
    Yes! We love seeing our guests capture special moments with the puppies. Feel free to take photos and short videos during the session, but please be mindful of others and avoid disrupting the flow of the class.
  • Can I tag you on social media?
    Absolutely! We’d love for you to tag us and share your experience. Tag us so we can see and share your posts!
  • What if I don’t want to be in photos or videos?
    We completely understand! Let our team know before the session, and we’ll do our best to exclude you from any featured content. However, as we take photos and videos of the general session, you may still appear in the background. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
  • How many people are in each class?

    Class sizes vary depending on the studio, but we generally accommodate 10 to 20 people per session. This ensures a great balance between an engaging group atmosphere and enough space for everyone to enjoy the experience comfortably.
  • How many puppies are in each class?

    Each session typically features 5 to 12 puppies, depending on the size of the litter and our partnering breeder or rescue. We ensure there’s plenty of puppy energy to go around, so everyone gets their fair share of cuddles and playtime!
  • How long does each session last?
    Our sessions run for 60 minutes in total. This includes 50 minutes of guided yoga and 10 minutes of dedicated puppy playtime at the end, so you get the best of both worlds—relaxation and adorable chaos!
  • Can children attend puppy yoga?
    The minimum age for attendance is 12 years old. However, if your child is younger, reach out to us—we may be able to accommodate them as long as they can follow yoga etiquette and be mindful of both the puppies and other participants.
  • Do I need any yoga experience to join?
    Nope! Our sessions are beginner-friendly and designed to be relaxing and fun for all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just here for the puppies, you’re welcome. Our instructor will guide you through everything, and you’re free to take it at your own pace.
  • Do I have to participate in the yoga, or can I just play with the puppies?
    While we encourage everyone to join in the yoga, you can participate as much or as little as you like. That said, you’ll need to stay on your mat throughout the session, as the space is set up to ensure a smooth and safe experience for both puppies and participants.
  • What should I wear to the session?
    Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement—conventional yoga attire is ideal. Keep in mind that puppies have tiny paws and curious nibbles, so avoid anything too delicate!
  • Is there a place to store my belongings during the class?
    Yes! We have a safe storage area separate from the studio where you can keep your bags, shoes, and personal items while you enjoy your session.
  • We Can I attend just to watch without participating in yoga?
    Only ticketed participants can attend the session. However, you’re welcome to take the class at your own pace—whether that means doing every pose or spending most of your time snuggling a puppy. You’ll need to remain on your mat to keep the space comfortable and safe for everyone.
  • How do the puppies benefit from puppy yoga?
    Puppy Yoga isn’t just fun for humans—it’s an incredible experience for the puppies too! Our sessions help with their socialisation, introducing them to new people, gentle handling, and different sights and sounds in a calm and positive environment. This early exposure builds their confidence, reduces anxiety, and helps them grow into well-adjusted, friendly dogs. Plus, they get plenty of playtime, cuddles, and attention, making it a joyful and enriching experience for them. Of course, their well-being always comes first, with plenty of breaks, water, and a cosy space to rest when needed.
  • What breeds of puppies will be at the session?

    That’s part of the Yoga Paws magic! We keep the breed a surprise until the day of your session, making every experience unique. Whether you’re greeted by a pack of fluffy Labradoodles, playful wrinkly-faced Bulldogs, or something totally unexpected, you’ll have to wait and see who’s joining your downward dog. No spoilers, just cuteness guaranteed!
  • Where do the puppies come from?

    All our puppies come from trusted, ethical breeders and select rescues that prioritise their health, happiness, and early socialisation. We only work with sources that meet our high welfare standards, ensuring each puppy is well cared for and comfortable in a group setting. Every pup that joins our sessions is loved, looked after, and in the best possible hands before, during, and after class.
  • Are the puppies toilet trained?

    Nope! They’re still babies, and accidents happen. But don’t worry—our team is on it with quick clean-ups and plenty of supplies to keep everything fresh. The studio is designed with easy-to-clean surfaces, so a little puppy puddle won’t ruin the fun.
  • Can I bring my own puppy to the session?

    As much as we’d love to meet your pup, we only work with puppies from our partnered breeders to ensure they’re fully prepared for the experience. This keeps the environment safe, controlled, and stress-free for everyone involved. Your puppy will just have to hear about it when you get home!
  • Do you work with rescues? 

    We do—though not as much as we would like. Rescue puppies can be harder to access due to factors like availability, temperament suitability, and the approval processes involved. That said, we actively support and collaborate with rescues whenever possible, and we're always looking for ways to increase our involvement in ethical, welfare-driven partnerships.
  • 44. I’m interested in adopting or buying a puppy—how does that work?
    Many of the puppies at our sessions are available for adoption or sale, but this depends on the breeder or rescue we’re working with at the time. If you're interested, reach out to us or ask on the day, and we’ll put you in touch with the right breeder or rescue to discuss the next steps.
