Yoga Paws is Australia’s largest Puppy Yoga organisation, with weekly sessions nationwide. They are extremely fun, great socialisation for the beautiful puppies, and the best excuse to workout since hot girl walks. What started in Brisbane in 2024 as a bi-weekly hobby and animal-socialisation passion project of our Co-Founders, quickly became a nationwide movement, where we have worked with organisations such as Cirque Du Soleil and Porsche, and amazing animal rescues across the country. What makes Yoga Paws, Yoga Paws

We always struggle knowing where to start with these pieces, but here we go! Yoga Paws was born from a simple idea - that sharing space with puppies while you recharge, stretch and unwind could become something powerful. Not just for you, but for them too. What started as a gut feeling quickly became a movement, built on the belief that something special happens when people and animals come together. That a little chaos, a little order, and a lot of care can shift someone’s day and changes the lives of the puppies we work with.
Our mission rests on two simple things: supporting your mental health, and giving puppies space to grow through intentional socialisation. We’re not here to run a polished production line. We’re here to create something better - a space where people can breathe, stretch, and reconnect, while baby animals safely experience the world around them. We have sculpted our sessions with care at the forefront: 60-minute puppy rest breaks, guided socialisation, safe and sanitised environments, and a rhythm that follows the puppies, not the clock.
Through Yoga Paws, we want to make a genuine difference. We are not just names behind a brand. We’re in the thick of it every weekend, packing cars, picking up puppies, rolling mats, cleaning up wees, and connecting with our community.
This authenticity and heart are what set us apart, what brings breeders and rescues back each litter, and what turns first-timers into regulars. This is why we have grown to be the largest Puppy Yoga organisation in Australia. This is Yoga Paws.
🐾 Session Structure
Each class runs for 60 minutes: 45 minutes of yoga while the puppies roam freely, 10 minutes of puppy playtime, and a final 5 minutes of shavasana. It’s a calm, playful blend of movement and connection.
🐾 Animal Companions
The animals at our sessions are typically already spoken for and attend to socialise and warm up to humans before they head off to their forever homes! We work with reputable breeders and shelters.
🐾 All Welcome
No prior experience needed. Whether it’s your first yoga class or your fiftieth, you’ll feel comfortable, included, and supported from the moment you arrive.
🐾 What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Mats are provided, and everything else is taken care of - including the puppies!
🐾 Health & Safety
Shoes and bags stay outside the studio. Everyone sanitises on entry, and our space is thoroughly cleaned between classes and sanitised with veterinary grade F10. Puppies only join when they’re ready, comfortable, and eager to engage!

Our sessions aren't just a chance to feel-good and unwind - they’re 100% designed around the wellbeing of the puppies we work with. Every element of the experience is built around their needs, from scheduled one-hour nap breaks between classes to our golden rule: puppies interact on their own accord.
Each session offers a safe, calm space for the puppies to gently socialise, explore new surroundings, and grow in confidence. We partner exclusively with trusted shelters and ethical breeders to ensure every puppy is supported, stress-free, and given the care they deserve.
