A Yoga Paws visit in Bondi Junction can be the main activity for a Sydney day out, with the rest of the afternoon left pleasantly open. Book the session first, give yourself time to enjoy the hour and choose one thing afterwards that suits the people you are with.

Our Bondi Junction studio is at 37 Oxford Street. That is Bondi Junction, rather than Bondi Beach, which matters when you are working out your journey or telling a friend where to meet.

The day's least ambitious itinerary.

Start with your hour at Yoga Paws

Our standard public session lasts 60 minutes and combines beginner-friendly yoga, dedicated puppy interaction and relaxation. We provide the mat, the instructor guides the movement and our animal-care staff supervise the puppies throughout.

You do not need yoga experience. Wear comfortable clothes for moving and sitting on the floor, complete your waiver and follow the arrival details in your booking confirmation. Shoes and bags stay outside the yoga area, and guests sanitise their hands before entering.

The puppies help set the pace

The opening introduction explains safe handling and how the room works. Guests stay on their mats, remain seated when holding a puppy and let the animals approach or leave freely. A puppy investigating a toy across the room is allowed to find that more interesting than your camera.

There is a separate safe space with bedding, water and toys, and the puppies can use it whenever they want. Enjoy the interaction that happens naturally, follow the instructor during the yoga and use the dedicated puppy time without trying to collect a photograph with every animal.

Keep lunch close if you want an easy afternoon

After class, you can stay around Bondi Junction for a meal or coffee before deciding what to do next. Pick a place that suits the group's tastes and budget, and allow time to collect belongings and walk over before making a fixed reservation.

This is the simplest version of the day: one booked experience, followed by time to catch up. If you are meeting friends from different parts of Sydney, it also gives everyone a chance to decide whether they want to continue together or head home.

Choose a park afternoon or continue to the beach

For some time outdoors, Centennial Park is an option to the west of Bondi Junction. The northern end of the park is accessible on foot from the station area via Grafton Street and Oxford Street. Choose an entrance and route before setting off; the parklands cover a large area.

If the beach is the plan, treat it as the next leg of the outing rather than expecting it outside the studio door. Route 333 connects Bondi Junction with Bondi Beach. Check current transport information for your date and leave room for weekend traffic and the journey back.

A strong case for taking the morning slowly.

A few decisions that make the day work

Book friends into the same date, time and suburb, and check that enough places are available before committing the group. Remember that our Sydney programme also includes Annandale, so use the Bondi Junction details on your chosen listing.

You can keep the day short or turn it into an afternoon out. Start by choosing a Sydney puppy yoga session in Bondi Junction, then make the rest of the plan fit around the hour you have booked.
