A Perth Birthday Experience for a Small Group of Dog Lovers

A birthday with a small group does not need an elaborate production to feel like an occasion. An hour of puppy yoga gives you something to do together, with the studio, instructor, mats and animal care already organised.
At Yoga Paws Perth, friends can join the same scheduled public session when enough places are available. You share the class with other guests, follow the normal session format and can leave the rest of the day open for lunch or a catch-up afterwards.

Pick the studio before planning the rest of the day
Our Perth programme uses different studios, including Studio Northbridge at 2/1 Fitzgerald Street and Inspiration Space at Units 1 & 2, 885 Beaufort Street, Inglewood. Use the suburb and address on the actual session you book, rather than assuming every Perth date is in the same place.
For a birthday group, location is often the most useful first decision. Choose an area that suits your guests' journeys and any plans afterwards. Once you have that anchor, the group invitation can include one clear date, time and meeting point.
Book everyone into the same class
Check the remaining places before collecting everyone's commitments. If friends book separately, send them the exact session link and ask them to check all the details before paying. Two listings on the same weekend are not necessarily the same class.
Every guest needs their own ticket and completed waiver. Our sessions are for ages 12 and above, with ticketed adult supervision for those aged 12-14 and parent or guardian consent for under-18s. If your birthday includes younger relatives, establish eligibility before making the booking.

A shared activity without needing yoga experience
The standard public session runs for 60 minutes, combining beginner-friendly yoga, dedicated puppy interaction and relaxation. Our instructor guides the movement, so the birthday group can include people who have never attended a yoga class.
Wear comfortable clothes you can sit and stretch in. We provide mats, and guests leave shoes and bags outside the yoga space and sanitise their hands on entry. Save anything delicate for afterwards; puppies do not distinguish birthday clothes from interesting fabric.
Let the puppies choose their company
The class begins with safe-handling guidance. Guests remain on their mats and stay seated when holding a puppy. Our staff supervise the animals, and a separate rest area is available whenever they want to step away.
That means the experience varies naturally. You may have a curious visitor exploring beside you or a puppy napping elsewhere. Booking for a birthday does not reserve an animal for the guest of honour, and there is no need to disturb one for a group photograph.

Keep the celebration simple, or enquire about going private
A public class works well when the plan is to join the usual session together. Arrange food and presents separately, and allow enough time after the hour to collect belongings and reach your next stop.
If you want an exclusive session or different arrangements, enquire through our private puppy yoga page. For a small shared-class celebration, start with the available Perth puppy yoga sessions and choose the date and studio that suit your group.
