Planning a Small Birthday Celebration Around Puppy Yoga in Newcastle

For a small Newcastle birthday, joining a puppy yoga session can take care of the main activity without turning you into a full-time party organiser. You book the places, we prepare the class, and your friends have an hour to enjoy together.

The important details are straightforward: choose the same session, make sure it has enough room for the group and use the address on the booking confirmation. A little coordination before paying makes the day much easier.

Maryville and Newcastle West are different meeting points

Our Newcastle venues include Profile Studio at Unit 9, 6 Portside Crescent, Maryville, and The Base Studio at 3 Tudor Street, Newcastle West. Check which location is attached to the date you want rather than choosing directions from a previous visit.

Send the full venue details with the birthday invitation. If you want to go for a meal afterwards, choose it around the studio you have booked and allow time to travel there. The session itself gives the group a fixed starting point; the rest does not need a complicated itinerary.

Coordinate tickets before calling the plan confirmed

A public class is shared with other guests. Check the places available for the whole group, and make sure separate bookings all match the date, time and animal type on your selected listing. The Newcastle programme can include different animal sessions, so read the title rather than assuming every date is puppy yoga.

Everyone attending needs a ticket and completed waiver. Guests must be at least 12, those aged 12-14 attend with a ticketed adult, and under-18s need parent or guardian consent. Check those requirements before including younger family members.

What your birthday group can expect

Our standard public puppy yoga session lasts 60 minutes. An instructor guides beginner-friendly movement, with dedicated puppy time and relaxation included. You can take the yoga at your own pace, so friends do not need previous experience to join.

We provide yoga mats. Wear comfortable clothes for sitting and stretching, and leave shoes and bags in the designated area outside the yoga space. Guests sanitise their hands before entering, and our team explains how to interact safely with the puppies.

Enjoy the puppies without planning their every move

Puppies can approach, play nearby or retreat to their safe space, with staff supervising throughout. Guests remain on their mats and stay seated when holding an animal. A puppy that wants to rest gets to rest, including during a birthday visit.

You are welcome to capture the occasion considerately, but avoid interrupting the class or disturbing an animal to assemble a photograph. The group memory can include whichever puppy decides the camera is worth a look.

Keep cake and presents for afterwards

For a public booking, organise birthday food and any other celebration separately rather than assuming the shared studio class can accommodate party extras. A nearby meal afterwards gives the group time to catch up without changing how the session runs.

If you want an exclusive celebration, ask about a private puppy yoga booking. For a small group joining the timetable, choose from our current Newcastle puppy yoga sessions and make the class the centre of the birthday plan.
